Dear Friends of Blue Hill Bach,
Bach has a birthday coming up—and he’d be Baroque without you! Help us ring in his 341st with a gift.
On Friday, March 27, 2026 at 7:00 PM, Blue Hill Bach will celebrate Johann Sebastian Bach’s 341st birthday with an intimate chamber concert at St. Francis by the Sea Episcopal Church, honoring both Bach and Early Music Month and reminding us that this music—though centuries old—is still very much alive.
We’re thrilled to welcome violinist Anna Pearlman, founder and director of North Star Baroque, along with members of her Portland-based ensemble. The program features elegant trio sonatas and chamber works by Bach, Corelli, Telemann, Handel, and Rameau.
Our concerts rely on the generosity of donors like you. Ticket sales cover only a portion of our concert costs. Your gift directly supports the performances you experience and helps sustain our mission to bring early music to our community.
If you’re looking for a birthday gift for Bach this year, your support helps ensure this music continues to be heard in Downeast Maine.
